An excision gynecomastia was performed along with a bilateral muscle augmentation (an implant in the chest). Excess tissue around the areolar (nipples) due to fibroglandular gynecomastia was something that always bothered this patient. At the same time he wished for a more defined chest area. The excess tissue was removed and an augmentation of the pectoral muscle was performed.

This patient desired a more masculine chest so his breasts were reduced and skin was removed to alleviate the cone shape he presented pre-operatively. A gynecomastia excision with subcutaneous mastectomy was performed along with liposuction of the chest wall and full thickness nipple grafting.
